The DataTools Beta site is now available!
The National Center for Safe Routes to School has released this developmental site to provide local SRTS programs with
a system to enter data from standardized Student Travel Behavior Tally Sheets and Parent Surveys. This Beta DataTools release
provides basic functionality, and new features are being added as soon as they are available. The list of features (and anticipated
availability for key additional features) is provided below.
Users should be reminded that this is a development site that is functional
but is not a final release. It has not been tested under all
potential conditions, and NCSRTS can make no assurances that users will not encounter glitches in the system. Information on how
to contact the National Center to report issues or bugs, provide feedback, or suggest additional features is provided at the bottom of each
page in this system. Priority will be given to address reported issues or bugs in as timely manner as possible and provided the additional features
listed below.
The beta site has the following basic features:

- returning user login
- enter/edit information about your local program (required to enter data)
- enter/edit information about one or more schools
- describe your data collection process
- enter new data from student tally sheets
- enter new data from parent surveys
- view and edit previously entered data
- view/print summary tables from student tallies and parent surveys
- view/print summary charts from student tallies and parent surveys

The full DataTools site will launch soon after the BETA site has been fully implemented and tested
