What traffic calming devices can be used to slow traffic in the school zones?

Traffic calming solutions are often a solution to combat vehicles speeding in school zones. The type of traffic calming measure that is appropriate for a situation will vary from location to location. It is best to work with your local traffic engineer and/or planner to identify realistic and feasible solutions.
