Data System Tutorial: Online Parent Survey

The National Center offers an online version of the Parent Survey for schools that would like to collect responses from their parents using the internet rather than paper-based questionnaires.  This tutorial will help you determine if the online Parent Survey is appropriate for your school and then how to work with the National Center to create the questionnaire’s unique web address to share with parents.
